Refund not paid, ignored

This refund process has been nothing less than pathetic, and honestly, it's heading toward ***** and theft.

I have emailed you every day and have blatantly ignored.

I used my Discovery card to buy tickets the day before normal tickets to the general public were released in case the concert was sold out.

On the 7th of September, the Justin Bieber concert was cancelled.

It took you over a month to say the refund process was starting.

On the 13th of October, you emailed me and said my refund was processed and would reflect by the 20th of October - THIS DID NOT HAPPEN.

I emailed you every day since then, no reply. ignored.

On the 31st of October, another email was sent by you saying the refund was processed again.

It is now the 8th of November and THERE IS NO REFUND!

Could someone have the decency to get back to me and send me the proof of the refund or tell me exactly what is going on.
