Refund not being refunded

Order#192316 Refund requests: # I have been having issues trying to get a refund for the Jazz Festival in Cape Town, the show was postponed and then on the date it was supposed to happened, it got cancelled/ postponed again, I have requested a refund, there is a message that comes up afterwards, advising that when and event has been cancelled they will automatically refund me, but due to the fact that this is a postponement again, I have to request it, i have requested it so many times, but I do not get any feedback and on the system it does not show anything: Message below regarding refund.
