Refund

I am writing to express my disappointment with the level of customer service I have received and the lack of consideration given to my refund request. I have encountered significant difficulties in resolving this issue, and the overall experience has been frustrating and unacceptable.

Firstly, the responses from your customer service representatives have been slow, unhelpful, dismissive. This lack of support has made it clear that customer satisfaction is not a priority for your team! Additionally, my repeated attempts to resolve the matter have gone largely ignored with generic responses that fail to address my specific concerns.

No consideration to escalate the matter! Very, very disappointing!
