Problems with purchasing tickets

I bought 2 tickets to the Chris Brown concert, the money was successfully processed from my account but the system didn't process my tickets. My money is still gone since Thursday, 3rd October and I still don't have the tickets. I tried contacting Ticket Master with no success as I can only contact them through a form
