Poor service from Ticketmaster for a wheelchair person.

I requested a wheelchair seat/space for my son on their level C foyer entrance. for the Mama MIa matinee show on any Saturday at 15h00 My son is disabled.in a wheelchair and suffers from Cerebral Palsy and Cystic Fibrosis. I also requested a seat next to him. I had to fill a form after form re my request and was requested to provide a doctor's certificate to prove his condition. This is ludicrous. They do not have a telephone no or manager to whom you can speak. Just to mention the amazing assistance from Darryl at Pieter Toerien for The sound of music show. I phoned him with my request, he booked the seats for us to pick up at the show. Friendly and efficient....Ticketmaster can do well to learn from him.
