POOR SERVICE

It was my first and last time using this company , i booked a ticket for a concert and the artist cancelled i have been trying to get my refund they don't respond to email people drop the calls when you ask for help, from the date of purchase i have not even received assistance regarding the delivery of the ticket no matter how many times i requested help, now I'm starting to think that this is a **** as I'm not getting any assistance with a refund R745.00 is alot of money and i had to save it over 3 months to purchase the ticket now what must happen? I'm so disappointed I don't recommend this company to anyone.
