No Refunds on Cancelled Events. STAY AWAY!

Ticketmaster has to be the most unprofessional service in the entertainment industry. I only recieved a refund for the value of 1 ticket (R745) for the Justin Bieber Concert that was cancelled... I bought 5 tickets to the value of R4745, all on the 3rd of December 2021. I have messaged multiple times and just got told to wait. Its past the date of the 29th and also past the 2 weeks processing time that we were told it would take. There also is no call centre or contact number to speak to anyone at all, there are never follow up responses or escalations on any platform. Will I ever receive the refunds? They won't even contact me to resolve this issue, no matter where I contact them on and when there is a response it is literally just to wait or that payments were released in batches... that doesnt explain how i got one refunded ticket and not the others... how terrible. I'll never use this service again and neither should anyone else.
