No more patience nor understanding

Today is the 4th Nov, you sent out a mail stating that the last tickets to refund is for Cape Town and that would be paid the 3d Nov and reflect in our accounts the 4th Nov. Still nothing. I will never ever ever use you again and no I don't have any understanding anymore. Or patience. And I will actually for sure never use you again, you should have made a plan for this long long time ago. Actually you should always have had a foolproof plan for this.
