Justin Bieber tickets refunds outstanding with no feedback and reply from Ticketmaster

I see several complaints on here about the Justin Bieber refunds. I am also getting no joy. I also see that Ticketmaster is not replying - so they really don't give a hoot. Shocking. I will never buy a ticket through Ticketmaster again.
