Justin Bieber Refund - No customer service at all !

I purchased tickets in December 2021 for the early release of Justin Bieber tickets, If I had know that I would be begging for my money and answers regarding a refund I wouldnt have purchased these tickets.

Where are our refunds? you are in breach of your own policy the 14 working days have lapsed and we are still waiting for a reason ?

Can we take legal action at the small claims court to resolve this?
