JUSTIN BIEBER REFUND

Ticketmaster promised since 22 September that the money was refunded for the Justin Bieber show that was cancelled. I have now contacted my bank everything, and there is no money reflecting of this refund. Ticketmaster does not reply to my emails and cant give me any answers. I have no way of contacting them via phone as there is no number to contact.
