JUSTIN BIEBER REFUND

My daughters bought 2 tickets to the Justin Bieber concert. Only 1 ticket has been refunded? I keep asking and I keep getting told that both refunds have been done, HOWEVER, I have checked the bank statement as the tickets were bought from one bank account AND ONLY ONE REFUND HAS BEEN RECEIVED???? HOW DO WE GET OUR MONEY BACK?
