Justin Bieber Refund

Shoddy service. No accountability and no access to call anyone to sort out. Been waiting on refund from their cancellation of the Justin Bieber concert. Communication to this point has been unacceptable. Blaming banks for the slow refund. No response to Facebook posts. Today is the 4th November, the second time Ticketmaster has failed to make good on their promise of refund. Communicate with your customers properly, and moreover, refund timeously!
