Horrible, horrible customer service.

I still have not received my refund. I keep being being promised ill get it but nothing. Lack of communication, lies. Honestly the worst experience with a company so far regarding my money.

Never ever buying a ticket from them. They turned a situation that was supposed to be lovely and easy into a nightmare, that I have to follow up on.
