Justin Bieber

I bought tickets for the Justin Bieber concert in December, thought I would get my refund yesterday as per email received from Ticketmaster. I emailed them on Tuesday and received another email this morning. Saying there was a delay with my refund, they working with the bank to speed things up. When will SA consumers get decent customer service? I would encourage everyone waiting on refunds to post on twitter, Facebook and other platforms about the bad service Ticketmaster provide. And the fact that we have to fight to get our cash back.
