Justin Bieber Concert

We bought tickets in August 2022 for the Justin Bieber concert, 3 tickets were bought which cost over R3000. The show was cancelled and I am still waiting for my refund, 6 months later. I have sent numerous emails and have not received any feed back and still no money refunded, there is also no number which we can contact on. I NEED MY REFUND!!!!!
