********** SERVICE - NO REFUND

TICKETMASTER promised refunds for the Justin Bieber concert on the 29th of September. It is now the 8th. Still no refund. They dont give a phone number but when I query this then i get told by their customer service agent by the name of EMJAY he cant follow up and i must just wait for my refund. This is not on and certainly not how one does business. He really should not be in that job and i want my money back. My children saved for those tickets. Its only fair they get their money back.
