Bought 8 tickets to the e-prix, booked and paid 6 weeks ago, selected my seats specifically for access to the isle for some older guests

In the interim others booked on the sides of us so we could sit together.

Logged on yesterday only to find that all, yes all of my tickets, yes all 8 had been wholesale cancelled and moved to an entirely different stand with no isle access.

Not a single word of communication with me NOT ONE !! no email, no phone call nothing.

I cant get hold of anyone, have gone through the obscure and vague complaint process which took 30 minutes of searching to find, no response and no number to call. I have been online many times to find someone to contact.....nothing no way to get hold of this company !!! In spite of the fact that other offices around the world all have contact numbers.
