Great big mess at imagine dragons

Booked and paid ticket for imagine dragons via you site. Got to Green point stadium to be told my tickets were cancelled. This after spending R550 on park and ride and now had no way to get home! 55 000 people had to enter through one gate. Most people missed Jesse clegg and many missed the Imagine Dragons opening. Really worst service at a concert ever!
