Exclusive Parking was not available at the Chris Brown Concert

Good day, My Exclusive parking ticket was purchased on the ticket master app. Refer to order number: 967267. I am requesting a refund as I was sent around in circles by the people in charge of the parking. These people did not know what they were doing and I paid R378 for parking that was not available.

Below is the response I received from your support team and this is terrible customer service to direct me to support at FNB Stadium. My Exclusive parking ticket was purchased with Ticketmaster and you need to rectify this issue:
