Disgusting service Tocwktmoaster SA

Still waiting for refund from 19 Jan 2025 concert that was cancelled and we had to rebook. Where are out refunds ??? Rebooked today and early this morning systems were shambles- it authorises on Discovery bank and doesn’t go through in Ticket master. Eventually one went through and debited my Discovery credit card but nothing I. Ticket master- no order number and no tickets. Redid the booking again this afternoon and got new tickets. Can’t Contact t anyone as they don’t have contact numbers and they don’t respond to Facebook or queries on their website . I have 2 authorisation holds on my credit card for one booking and still. I response on where my refund is and what happened to first booking - can someone please look Into it and get back to me re refund and early morning booking that debited my credit card but nothing tickets where issued it prefer number . I want my refund and authorisation hold on 1 transaction lifted asap .
