Bought tickets for Justin Bieber concert in January 2022 and concert was cancelled. Sent an email to them, whereas they rep**** the money was refunded. My bank confirmed that no funds was refunded. PLEASE PEOPLE... DO NOT BUY FROM TICKETMASTER. They are *****. You will sit with endless problems. As you can see they do not reply on any of the other people's problems.
