Disappointing service.

We bought tickets for Kevin Hart and then a week later found out we were moving to Cape Town for work. I contacted Ticketmaster asking if we could get a refund, I never heard back, I assumed they were closed for the festive season, I then emailed again and got no response. The Cape Town show opened up a few days ago and I thought, cool, we can just get our seats changed and pay the difference. I have still not received a reply after sending three requests to change our seats. I am at the point where I would just like a refund. I have tried to transfer them to a friend but that also isn't working. I have seen other reviews of how people have arrived at the concerts and their seats don't exist... I am worried that happens to my friends. :( TIcketmaster... Please can I just have a refund??
