Broken website and careless support

I spent 40 minutes trying to purchase tickets, always receiving the same error message. I contacted support who told me to "Clear my cache" and "use another browser" .ie a copy-paste reply without actually investigating my issue. After multiple tries, I was able to purchase tickets after not including parking in my cart.

I then contacted support again, asking if I can still buy a parking ticket. Support said yes, and provided a link to parking for the event. This still did not work, with more error messages. I told support about this, and I received yet another copy-paste template saying tickets are not available and to keep trying as tickets may become available.

Ticketmaster did not verify if parking was in fact available, gave me a link to something which I cannot purchase.

The site STILL HAS THE PARKING OPTION AVAILABLE, even though they are not selling and this leads to error messages.

Such a waste of time and lack of care from customer support. I really hope there are alternative methods of purchasing tickets for my net event.
