Bad service

I bought a VIP tickets last year in October for Chris Brown concert the ticket was R3890 and in November I realised I won’t be able to attend the event in Durban because I had to be in Durban , I emailed Ticketmaster to request a refund they told I was no longer eligible for a refund but I can transfer the ticket to my loved one. I transferred the ticket to my friend on the day of the event when she got there the tickets wouldn’t scan and she wasn’t allowed into the event. I immediately sent an email to ticketmaster with the pictures of the ticket and errors showing on the scanner. They responded and said they won’t even look at the pictures I sent because tickets were only sold by ticketmaster and not 3rd parties and on the pictures I sent I was clearly showing that the ticket is from ticketmaster I even sent my bank statement and they told me they will not attend to my query. I lost R3890 just like that with ticketmaster.
