Appalling Service

OneRepublic Concert Refund When we arrived at the OneRepublic Concert in Pretoria, our seats did not exist. We were then moved to seats that cost less than half of what we originally paid. We were told that Customer Service would be in contact with us to refund us the difference. Despite numerous emails, we have heard no feedback and received no refund. I am disgusted by their poor service.
