Ticketmaster promised our Justin Bieber refunds on the 29th of September. Then they said 14 days from the 29th, then they said the 19th of October.... NOW WE TOLD THER E IS A DELAY...... HOW IS THIS FAIR. All we want is our money back. Does ticketmaster actually have money to pay the people back?????????????????????
