Ticketpro *****ed us out of our money

I booked tickets for rugby game at ellispark 13 August 2022 already on 2 April 2022. Ticket ref *** when we arrived there . No seats was found as indicated on our Ticets East Upper E71 C386 and C387 . We had then to uncomfortable on the steps where people pass us the wholetime . I was really not impressed with Ticketpro and sure will never book anything from them again . This was really unacceptable as we had to sit on steps when we paid for seats stadium was full and there was no other seat availible.
