Ticketpro
I booked a bus for two passengers but when I got to check in the told me that my tickets were canceled, I made payment for this and received booking confirmation, the money left my account. I didn't receive any communication about this being canceled and my money wasn't returned to me .

Hi, on the 21st of July 2025 I booked the bus online with ticketpro from Bloemfontein to East London. When the day comes I went to the bus station and found no one had an idea of the ticket that was issued to me. When I approached Ticketpro they kept on promising forever. What I've noticed is that Ticketpro is a **** and people need to be careful them before they loose their money.
