Thunderbrothers Car wash Claremont

Absoltely terrible service I received from this car wash Left my car there for 4 hours, only to come back to my car being half washed and Thy refused to give me a refund or credit voucher Instead wanted to offer to clean it then, so I said I left it here for 4 hours, I cannot sit and wait another 4 hours for you to wash it The guy who booked vehicle in for the wash, walked away to entice someone else to wash their car whilst I was speaking to him Then to top It off they didn’t know where was my keys and I had to climb over vacuum pipes, cleaning material and stuff to get into my actual car And this being in Montclare Place in Claremont, you can only imagine how NOT cheap they are. So I am so fumed and sad that just before pay day I used some of my last money thinking im going to get a decent job done , only to have now lost my money in a place That doesn’t want to give me a refund or any compensation for this puterate service
