Poor Service

I took my car there for a wash and polish. When fetching my car, the paint had been rubbed off on the bumper (I had to bring it to their attention). I was told that the regional manager would call me. 1 1/2 weeks later, i was graced with a call basically saying that it was not their fault as it was a manufacturing problem (never mind that I have had my vehicle washed at many other car washes before). He could however give me the name of someone who could fix it...at my expense. The service level and dont care attitude is appalling....dont waste your time going there
