Poor Service and Security Concerns at Thunder Brothers Car Wash

I used Thunder Brothers Car Wash yesterday and had a very disappointing experience.

When I dropped off my vehicle, the staff took my name and contact details and informed me that they would contact me or send me a WhatsApp message once the vehicle was ready. Unfortunately, I never received any communication from them.

After work, I went back to collect my car, only to be told that my name was not on their system. The staff were also unable to properly verify that I was the owner of the vehicle, which raises serious security concerns. If they could not adequately confirm my identity, what would stop someone else from claiming and driving away with my vehicle?

To make matters worse, when I inspected the car, there was still mud on the side of the vehicle, and the front grille was visibly dirty. When I raised this concern, a staff member tried to blame it on the wind, saying the vehicle had been standing there since 12:00. However, this does not excuse the poor quality of the wash, especially considering I was never notified that the vehicle was ready for collection.

I also noticed that the windows had not been cleaned properly.

Overall, the lack of communication, poor attention to detail, and concerning security procedures have left me extremely dissatisfied. Based on this experience, I would not recommend Thunder Brothers Car Wash to anyone.
