Car wash disappointment

I was really disappointed by Thunder Brothers car wash recently. It is my "usual" and wanted to have my car professionally valeted for the first time. When I got my car back, however, my change box AND my boot latch were broken. Not something you'd expect from a service that cost me nearly R1000...! No one mentioned the damage to me - I had to discover it on my own. When I went back the next day, the manager (?) said he would contact me to find a solution. I am still waiting for the call. Like I said, I used to take my car there regularly. I will not be doing this anymore and I would recommend that you take your car elsewhere too.
