Tshwane municipality

Kindly assist there was a power failure reported on 10/02/2024,the technician attended to the matter he couldn't access the green danger box.That seems to be unprofessional to me as I'm the who suffers,how come the whole municipality can't give access to their technicians,someone has to come all way from Pretoria to bronkhorstspruit. My ref :181 of 19 till now its not solved,address 4a Saron Street,Bronkhorstspruit. I'm really disappointed😡😡
