Tshwane Prepaid Service Useless
Absolutely useless! Their reason for switching to pre-paid meter is that there is 24hour turn around time on support. We have been sitting without power since Tuesday (07/07/2026) and its now Friday (10/07/2026) cause their meter box disconnected when the power tripped. We now have to wait for someone to come re-connect the meter while our food spoils, security is compromised and not to mention cannot even shower.

POOR SERVICE TSHWANE PREPAID
Prepaid meter damaged after loadshedding. Reported on 13th (ref nr 1456-13) 10 hours turnaround time. When I inquired on Monday, they said the ref nr was closed, I reported again (Ref nr 808-16). When we inquired on 19/02/2026 they said the job was done on 17/02/2006. The flat is STILL without electricity. Alberta flat nr 402, 977 9th Avenue, Wonderboom South, Pretoria, 0084
