Take my money and then ignore

Hi,

I placed an order for installation of a prepaid meter over months ago and paid for this in full. To date I am still waiting for this service and never receive any feedback. I have spent an entire day at their offices and made absolutely no progress. It is absolutely ridiculous that you can take someones money and hold onto it for almost 2 years without providing any service or feedback. I am beyond annoyed at this stage and would simply like to get my money back for a service that I don't believe they have any intention of ever following through with.
