Prepaid meter not working, calls just get closed without attention

Our prepaid meter stopped letting power through on the early morning of 22 February after load shedding. We logged numerous calls (1011 on 22/2/2023, 1334,1089 on 23/02/2023, 717 on 24/2/2023, 109 on 24/2/2023), but no one does anything. The few times someone came around they said they'll be back but we never saw them again. And now their system refuses to open a new call for this. If Tshwane tries to move you from post-paid to prepaid, run for the hills!
