POOR SERVICE TSHWANE PREPAID
Prepaid meter damaged after loadshedding. Reported on 13th (ref nr 1456-13) 10 hours turnaround time. When I inquired on Monday, they said the ref nr was closed, I reported again (Ref nr 808-16). When we inquired on 19/02/2026 they said the job was done on 17/02/2006. The flat is STILL without electricity. Alberta flat nr 402, 977 9th Avenue, Wonderboom South, Pretoria, 0084

23 Feb 2026, 14:18This flat is now without electricity since 12/2/26 19:00 hours. If you inquire - the job was closed, or it was an area outage which was corrected. Always a story - bottom line THEY ARE S T I L L WITHOUT ELECTRICITY !!!
