Pathetic service to rate payers

I since logged a call on a Friday evening regarding to the cables that are burnt. We since have no electricity since and it's already a Sunday, all our food has gone bad from the fridge and to be thrown away. I also have mentioned to them that I have a sick person at home and we keeping the meds in the fridge, therefore cannot afford to be cut at all costs, but all my plea has been ignored. I even went to 2 of their depots to show them how desperate my situation was,as if paying my rates was not sufficient but even there i received no help at all. Tshwane electricity department is pathetic, I wish I had an alternative not to use them at all, very disappointed and it happens all the time
