EXCELLENT SERVICE RECEIVED : MR. RENIER SWART

Despite the fact that my electricity account was paid in full, with no funds owed to the Tshwane electricity division, my power was 'cut' and some electrical wires were removed. It could not be determined who was responsible. After a couple of days without electricity, Mr. Renier Swart of the Tshwane Electrical Division got involved and assisted with the situation and the power was restored.

We realize that without Mr. Swart's intervention the problem could have carried on for another couple of days.
