Worst service I’ve ever seen

This is the worst service I’ve ever seen. My KB250 turbo broke and I’ve been struggling for more than two weeks just to get an order places for a replacement. When I call these people they make all sorts of promises to call back and they never do. It’s incredibly bad. Would not recommend them in a million years
