Terrible service from Thorp Haval Plumstead

On a Monday, my car (less than a year old and under warranty) was delivered to Thorpe Haval Plumstead after a water pump failure. By Wednesday I hadn't heard anything from them so I called and was told I'd be called back that day with an update. No call. On Thursday afternoon I called Thorpe Plumstead again, only to be told that no-one could find my car and that it hadn't been booked in. Naturally I was concerned and annoyed (AA assured me it had been delivered). After getting nowhere on the phone, I decided to drive to Thorpe Plumstead myself, where I found my H6 GT parked 25 metres down the road. I believe that is where my car had been for 4 days, despite being told that the cars were all "brought in" every night. Nobody at Haval knew that they had it, or where it was. If I hadn't followed up on this situation, and driven to Haval myself, the car would still be down the road from their service department and they still wouldn't know where it was. While I was there (Thursday) I was told I'd be contacted later that day with an update. Its now Friday, and no-one has called me. I am extremely disappointed with Thorpe Haval.
