Subaru cars deserve a better dealership.

Recently drove my Subaru Forrester in to Thorp Plumstead for a major service, when I went to pick it up it was un-drivable, they told me I would need to replace the clutch and possibly the gearbox. I had not noticed anything wrong with the clutch or gearbox before the service, so find it strange that it broke whilst having a service. I still had to pay over 9k for the service, they didn't even apologise or clean the car. BTW, the previous time I had taken it in for a service, they told me the head gasket had to be replaced, (an expensive repair) I decided to leave it, as the car was going fine and not overheating or anything. The funny thing is that they did not mention the head gasket problem this time when they broke the gearbox. I love Subaru cars and I intend buying another one, but not from Thorp Plumstead. Even though I live fairly close to Thorp Plumstead, I would rather drive all the way to Somerset West to buy my new Subaru and have it serviced.
