service vechile

i Made a appointment with them and drove 2.5 hours. and staid the whole day in capetown waiting for my vechile. it went in for a water leak. i got it back and was not washed. i paid for a dianostic and what it when in for was not fixed. a week later with my vechile never leaving the garage. i saw that their are water under the car. open it up and the water bottle was empty. i called to make a claim. i waited two days for a return call. and untill now the service manager never called me back. they take your money but cant resolve a problem.i will not recomend them to any one money well wasted
