After Sales Service

i have a GMW Steed S standing at the branch for week 10 now just for an injector change. first they strip the turbo and could find nothing wrong. i called and told them to please check the injectors because the symptoms i was getting tells me it is the injectors. long story short. i was correct but claims went to the incorrect department. they don't answer any calls. i eventually went there. correct department got the claim but incorrect parts came. another week and still not fitted. so in total it is a 10 week wait to have 4 injectors fitted. definitely will not be going back to the Plumsted branch for any service related issue. i was just informed now that the second batch of injectors are also incorrect. the level of service is absolutely low. this means another week before the next batch of injectors arrive. very poor service. they will not even fly the parts down so that i can get my vehicle on the road earning its keep
