Absolutely appalling!

Stay away from Thorpe Plumstead if decent service is what you are looking for. My car went in for a service Nov 2021 and needed parts replaced under the warranty. Nothing was ordered. I have been calling for months on end and nothing has been done. Moosa, the manager, has made empty promises and never calls back as promised. To this day he still has not made any effort to offer me a resolution. Will not set foot there again. Absolutely appalling!
