Zero Communication the Little you get Is bad too

I wish I could say poor communication from Thorp Tableview service centre/workshop. On the third day no updates, except me calling them all the time. When I call I am told you can collect at 16:30, I drove and get there then they go oh sorry was going to update you. We pickup something waiting on the technician to confirm, please come tomorrow I will update you. Come the following day no update again. Until I pickup phone and call them again, the entire area has no one who can answer the phone and give me the update. Wow, this is worse than I have thought. I don't even know if the car is fixed or if they will ever give me a straight story.
