Worst car dealership i have dealt with is Thorp.

Bought a P-Series at GWM Table View in December 2021. Started hearing an excessive wind noise. Dealership practically ignored me once i complained about the noise as it was a brand new bakkie. Staff couldn't even make eye contact. All they want is the sale ***** you afterwards. The sales manager Laureen Taljaard was posing as the dealer principal and mislead me also. To top it of Sue-Ann Braaf also mislead me and wasted my time. Eventually i was contacted by the real dealer principal after going through Facebook and LinkedIn to find some who could give me answers. Jacques Fryer exposed himself as the real DP and afterwards meeting him he just continued with empty promises and lies to resolve the issue i had. I am absolutely gobsmacked how a business can run with all these staff lying to customers. I would strongly advise against anyone doing business with them. I initially used the Table Bay mall branch but the sales guy was so busy playing games on his phone and had no interest in helping me with a purchase. Seems to be a company thing and how they operate.
