Throp Plumstead - Shocking service from dealership principal, service manager, salesman

Unfortunately had to give a 1 star, as one can't write a review unless using the star rating. Thorp Plumstead deserves zero stars. From the service manager to the dealership principal. All talk but no action. 4 years on my aircon not being fixed. Short term solution was always their solution and not listening to their client. I suggested doing a full investigation on aircon unit and stop looking for leaks. Finally the idiots listen and realized I was right. Part ordered from Japan, was guaranteed 21 days... well we still wait. Let's jump over to the sales team. Kyle de Beer, doesn't reply to emails, 3 weeks since requesting a quote on a HAVAL. HAVAL should really consider who sells their vehicles, cause Thorp Plumstead, especially Kyle, doesn't seem to be interested. Useless bunch on that side of the Peninsula.
