Thorp Tableview - ********* and dishonest

my vehicle was damaged by Thorp Tableview while in for a service in mid April 2023. The dealership service advisor Jaco has promised on several occasions to collect the car and have it repaired, only to not follow through. This week he even told me he had made arrangements with my sister to collect the car but this isn't true. They are now ghosting me, probably hoping I will go away - but they don't know me very well... very ********* people
